National Guard IDIQ Technical Support
Services Scope: The purpose of the TSS IDIQ is to provide
a wide range of logistics, training, program management and administrative
support, environmental and facilities support for the National Guard
Bureau, 54 states and territories.
National Guard IDIQ Logistics Support Services Scope : The purpose of the LSS IDIQ is to provide
the National Guard Bureau (NGB), individual states and territories,
other military services, coalition and/or multinational forces,
and other governmental agencies, access to the full range of logistics,
training, program management and administrative support, environmental
and facilities support required to operate in a high OPTEMPO environment.
AMCOM EXPRESS Scope: This
contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM)
Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS)
uses a blanket purchase agreement to provide advisory and assistance
services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule
contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This
contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile
Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program
Executive Offices (PEO) and allies for fielded Army aviation and
missile systems.
FIRST (Restricted and Unrestricted Business
Suites) Scope: The objective of the FIRST Scope of Work is
to provide innovative and responsive logistics support to meet the
evolving mission needs of the Warfighter. This Scope of Work provides
Task Areas that define functional and programmatic services that
may be required by Army Material Command (AMC) , Forces Command
(FORSCOM), Installation Management Command (IMCOM), U.S. Army Reserve
Command (USARC), U.S. Third Army, U.S. First Army, and all other
Army or DOD Agencies, CONUS/OCONUS authorized to place orders against
FIRST contracts. Support for aviation assets is not included in
the Scope of Work. Specific requirements and standards of performance
will be provided in each Task Order.
