Ukpik LLC, is dedicated to providing telephone communications operations and maintenance on military installations. We are focused on providing the U.S. Government all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services to ensure the Base Telecommunications System (BTS) is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This consists of maintaining and operating the base telephone system switch, the outside and inside plant systems, network, transmission systems and all associated equipment.

Our Management and Technicians are experienced in all phases of the operation. The management team worked in the Government Service Contracting market for over 40 years. Ukpik LLC has successfully graduated from the 8(a) program and serves as an example in the SBA Mentor – Protégé program of moving on to successfully compete in the competitive contracting arena.

Our company prides itself on providing certified technicians for the maintenance on the base telephone switch. We currently provide service on Nortel and AVAYA switches, and maintain teams of technicians that are certified in splicing of copper and fiber, as well as, installation experts and layout design teams. We conduct the total outside plant maintenance from installing fiber rings, installing manholes and splices, and connectivity from the existing to the new. We a install complete new building infrastructure from the construction phase to the final customer dial tone.
