Senior Leadership:
Mr. Otterson has worked in the aerospace and defense industries for more than thirty (30) years, to include eight (8) years as a pilot in the U.S. Navy. He has been CEO of several companies involved in the maintenance and modification of both commercial and military aircraft. Most recently, he was at Alliant Techsystems (ATK), where he had roles as VP, Operations & Supply Chain for the $1.5B Mission Systems Group and VP/GM of the Aerostructures Division in Iuka, MS. Mr. Otterson is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy where he earned a BS in Mathematics, and the University of Texas where he earned a MS in Finance.
Dave Otterson is the President of Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation Maintenance & Manufacturing LLC (UICMM), a member of the UIC family of companies. UIC is one of the nation’s top performing Alaska Native Corporations. UICMM, also known as Bowhead, is located in Huntsville, AL.
